The system focuses on achieving learning goals such as knowledge, practical skills, social skills, responsibilities, values, attitudes, professionalism, communication, leadership, team skills, problem solving and scientific skills, managerial and entrepreneurial skills. There are various methods in which this is achieved.
The Montessori Method
This method is used with children and it explains the need of freedom to a child and the importance for a child’s exposure to experiences and materials. The method used the child’s desire to learn and implement it to develop capabilities in a perfect environment. In order to apply this method teachers have to undergo a Montessori education diploma.

The Waldorf Method
Teachers delivering knowledge in this type of method must be Waldorf certified to apply this approach that aims in engaging children with a dependable routine. The method emphasizes on creative learning, reading, acting, and singing. The children are not exposed to any types of media, electronics, computers, or academics! Children only spend time outdoors and read only in the first grade.
The Kumon method
This is a special type of learning method and very individualized; children here start at a level where they can attain a perfect score by studying on their own through works sheets that are designed to allow students to figure out how to solve problems on their own. The benefits of such method include progress, love of learning, and developing good habits of study, self-learning ability, and being advanced beyond grade level.
This method has been used for over 50 years and encourages children to move from one level to the other at their own pace and leave the decision of their start point.
